SERVICES

We are here to serve your legal needs. Our attorneys meet with their clients at a time that is convenient to the client. Meetings can be scheduled at any of the six office locations (Hanover, York, New Oxford, Chambersburg, Mercersburg, or Harrisburg) or at the client’s home, hospital, or other requested locations. Daytime office appointments can be scheduled between 8:00AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Evening office appointments and weekend office appointments are also available.

New or existing clients can meet with an attorney without an appointment in the Hanover office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. Evening walk-in hours are held in the New Oxford office on Thursday from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. We also hold evening walk-in hours in our Chambersburg office on Monday evenings from 5:30PM to 7:30 PM. For a nominal charge, you can discuss your options with an attorney who will give you an honest evaluation of your legal rights. If you retain our services, our attorneys are available to you if an emergency arises 24 hours/7 days a week.

FEES

All fees are clearly described to you at your initial consultation. Fees vary depending on whether it is a one-time representation (such as a District Justice Hearing) or an ongoing legal dispute. Fees are based upon the attorney and preparation time.

In cases of personal injury and wrongful death litigation (including product liability, motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, and toxic torts), our consultation is free and our fee is contingent upon winning the case for you.
